Joel’s eyes widened when he realized the glove belonged to Mr. Shore. It had been a while for his conscience and desire to struggle before he acknowledged the fact that Mr. Shore definitely needed the glove to finish his relocation of heavy furniture more than anybody. Sad but firm, he burst out, “It is here, Mr. Shore.” Mr. Shore’s anxiety was crowded out by a sense of relief the moment he took the glove back. With the assistance of the glove, Joel moved the couch easily as if it were a feather! “You solved my problem instantly and effortlessly, just like what a superhero does!” exclaimed his mom. Delighted as Joel was, he chose to tell his mom honestly the magic glove. More than being able to come to other’s aid promptly, the truth of being a superhero also lies in preserving one’s honesty.
