二. 待遇:
1. 博士后A档聘任人员年薪税前35万元人民币;博士后B档聘任人员年薪税前20万元人民币。年薪中包含2万元奖励性绩效(税前),奖励性绩效于聘期考核后发放。入选博新计划者,兼得国家和学校支持,最高可享年薪共计55万元人民币(税前)。根据科研成果,课题组还将提供额外科研奖励,论文最高奖励可达10万元人民币(税前),专利成果转化后所得税后收入的15%用于奖励学生第一完成人。
2. 享受天津市给予对博士后每人一次性5万元生活补贴。
3. 经导师和学校批准,在站期间可带薪作为联合培养博士后去国际顶尖研究机构从事科学研究。博士后第二聘期结束前,工作业绩突出者可通过岗位评审程序聘为南开大学教师(正式编制)。
4. 可根据《南开大学青年教职工周转住房管理暂行办法》相关规定向学校申请周转住房。子女入学(小学)、入托等享受学校事业编制教师待遇。
5. 入站后学校认定中级专业技术职务,出站后学校颁发博士后证书。享受国家和天津市各项博士后政策,包括基金申请、出国项目申报等。
6. 直接申请南开化学A/B档博士后岗位或依托博新计划申报均可。
